Especially with the increasing climate crisis in recent years, the understanding of sustainability and zero waste has started to become more of an issue. Accordingly, companies accelerated their efforts to contribute to a more livable world.

As Bursalı, we have always made it our goal to reach a more sustainable and technologically advanced future.

In this framework, we have created today's Bursalı Production System (BÜS) by transforming the lean philosophy we adopted in 2015 into a culture. We took the lean philosophy as a model by strengthening our production system with the project we developed with the aim of eliminating waste in the value chains and carrying out all activities in a way that creates value.

We focused on sustainable success with our BÜS project, which was implemented with the aim of increasing efficiency and quality by reducing waste and costs in our production activities and occupies an important place in our operational excellence philosophy.

We export all over the world with our innovative works based on lean thinking and our products that we constantly develop. We will continue our R&D activities oriented productivity increase, high quality and environmentally friendly production targets.

With the lean production model, we will continue to add value to our business and our future and to produce innovative solutions.
