At Bursalı, we continue to take significant strides in the textile industry, driven by our strong infrastructure and innovative mindset.
With environmental sustainability at the core of our operations, we are proud to implement pioneering projects that generate forward-looking solutions for our industry. In this context, our project proposal titled "Sustainable Towel Production through Multiple Recycling Cycles", submitted under the TÜBİTAK 1832 Green Transformation in Industry Program, has been officially approved for support. Jointly developed with İskur Tekstil, this initiative marks an important milestone in our shared commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Through this project, we aim to contribute to both environmental and economic sustainability by enabling textile waste to undergo multiple recycling cycles, rather than being processed just once. Unlike traditional methods, our approach allows for the continuous recovery and reuse of textile waste, offering a scalable and circular solution for the sector.
By reducing raw material consumption and optimizing resource efficiency, the project is expected to set a benchmark for sustainable production practices in the textile industry. We believe this initiative will not only introduce a novel recycling methodology but also inspire the industry to take stronger, more impactful steps toward a greener future.
