With its innovative products, Bursalı Textile, Inc. made an overwhelming impression at Germany’s International Textiles Fair (Heimtextil 2017)

Bursalı Textile, Inc., exporting its textile products it has developed by applying state-of-the-art technology, to the global markets, mainly to the countries of the EU, with the pride of a “Turkish brand”, performs production within the scope of the total quality management understanding, and with the awareness of its both social and environmental responsibilities. It continues to successfully make an appearance in the sector’s biggest organizations performed worldwide. 

At Heimtextil 2017, the International Trade Fair for Home and Contract Textiles, that opens annually in Frankfurt, Germany, and that is considered to be one of the sector’s biggest fairs worldwide, Bursalı Textile, Inc. analysed rightly the sector’s global customers’ expectations, and thus represented our country during the whole fair in the best way, exhibiting its innovative products being developed as a result of its R&D activity.

Fuat Bursalı, chairman of the Managing Board, and also Alper Bursalı and Aykut Bursalı, vice-chairmen of the Managing Board, personally attended this fair on behalf of Bursalı Textile, Inc., a fair with 2,963 companies participating from 67 countries, and about 70,000 visitors coming from the four corners of the world, during which the new season’s trends are shown, Bursalı Textile, Inc. opened its booth in exhibition hall 11, where the most prestigious and the world’s most famous brands are displayed.

Great interest in our booth

During the fair, Bursalı Textile, Inc. presented the Nuacotton, Airocotton, Hygiecotton, and Trio brands, each of them bearing different characteristics, to the visitors in four concepts: the home textiles group including both the kids’ and the adults’ groups, the beach group, the spa group, and the hotel group, respectively. The company’s products being developed with state-of-the-art technology standards succeeded in getting full marks from the visitors, and there was a great interest in the Bursalı Textile, Inc. company’s booth during the whole fair.

Alper Bursalı, vice-chairman of Bursalı Textile, Inc., who evaluated the fair, stated that this year Heimtextil Fair, in which they regularly participate since 1995, was from their point of view very efficient this year. And he said that the 2017 collections gathered great credit from the visitors.

We are aiming at increasing our competitive strength even more

Alper Bursalı stated that they, with their branding activity, are aiming at supplying their products to the consumers in every spot of the world, and he said: “Our product groups of those products that we have developed as a result of our R&D activity, both each of them has different characteristics and all of them present solutions that are oriented to the respective needs. For example, Trio brand, with its shiny surface and its high water-absorbing capacity, is appropriate for decoration use at the same time, whereas our antibacterial Hygiecotton brand products offer an extra hygiene guarantee at hotels and spas, where a product is used by more than one user. Of course, the competition on the global level is getting harder every year. There are countries such as Bangladesh, Egypt, Sri Lanka, and Ethiopia, which newly get into the market. And we aim at increasing our competitive strength even more, and at contributing to our countries export targets, by means of developing new and specific products.
