Our company has been founded with the aim of performing the group’s activity in hotel management and tourism, and of conforming to the laws of the Turkish Code of Commerce. It is a shareholder of “Kütahya Termal Otelcilik Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Turizm San. Tic. A.Ş.” (the “Kütahya Thermal Bath, Hotel Management, Private Health Services, and Tourism, Industry and Trade”), its first investment made in tourism, operated under the brand of “Gülümser Hatun Thermal Bath”, in which it holds 65 percent of the shares.
The “Gülümser Hatun Thermal Bath” bears the characteristic of being “the first conceptualized project of a Thermal Tourism Complex and a Golf Course in Turkey”, within the scope of “Kütahya Municipality’s Mega Project” being planned to be an area of 6,000,000 square meters. Being located within Kütahya region on a plot of land of 53,000 square meters, this facility built its lives based on health.
The “Gülümser Hatun Thermal Bath” is located on an area of 53,000 square meters, and hosts you in its jointly-owned real estate comprising social facilities, the thermal facilities, and 13 blocks with 364 flats, with the assurance of “Kütahya Termal Otelcilik Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Turizm San.
